Awards

Pupils are encouraged to do their best and staff give school awards for good work, effort and contribution to the school community.  Pupils get a special Bronze Card for 30 Awards, Silver Card for 60 awards and Gold Card for 100 awards.

In addition, each term we award a cup to an outstanding pupil in each year group.  There are also two sports cups and two music cups for outstanding contributions.

We play house competitions within school and also play fixtures against other schools in many sports.  Although we play to win, we believe that by taking part in such activities children learn to lose gracefully and win modestly.
